Our Story: A Love for Biryani, A Taste of Home
Ipsa isn’t just a food business — it’s a love story and a journey born from our love for biryani and the flavors of home.
We are a Bengali girl and a Telugu guy, each with our own memories of biryani made with love, the kind that brings a sense of warmth and connection to our roots. But when we found ourselves far from home, we realized something was missing — the taste of biryani that truly felt like home.
That’s when my partner, with his passion for cooking, began making biryani for me. It was more than just food; it was a way to bring the essence of home back to our table. Each dish was infused with love and tradition, and with every bite, we felt that familiar comfort.
With the support and encouragement of friends and family, who believed in our vision, we decided to share that experience with everyone. Ipsa was born — not just as a business, but as a way to serve biryani that honors our roots, free from food color, and free from packet masalas, made with the kind of love and authenticity we cherish.
"Ipsa" means ambition, desire. It's the desire to bring you biryani that speaks for itself, made the right way, with heart and care.
Welcome to Ipsa — where every plate is a story of home.
